Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for (= what will happen to) me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.

How to say future? Maybe it’s a nice wish. Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.

If your self-perception is that you can’t accomplish something because you never finish anything you start, then go and finish something and change your self- perception.

If your self-perception is that you’re too lazy, too busy, too unworthy, too unfocused, too depressed, or too dependent on others to accomplish great things, then you’re right. You are that because you believe you are, but in fact, you can change that! Life is change, and the past doesn’t equal the future. Your reality today is the result of your past beliefs and actions. Change your beliefs and actions, and you will change your future. Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right. You are what you think.

青春，是一个多么美好而富有诗意的词语！可是有的人认为，我们趁着青春年少，应该尽情的享受：时髦的穿着、美味的佳肴、安逸的生活，才是青春应该被赋予的最大价值。在这种人看来，把自己有限的青春投入到“无限的为人民服务中去”实在是太不值得，这些人的青春不过是一棵没有生命的枯树，一池不起波澜的死水。而我们深知，青春不只是健壮的身体，年轻的容貌，青春还应该释放出应有的光和热。

世界上有这样一个让我每每听到都会心潮澎湃的名词—“志愿者”。世界上有这样一种没有报酬却让我心向神往的工作—“志愿者工作”。有一群平凡的人，有一群高尚的人，他们夜以继日的在从事着这样的工作，他们总是出现在人民最需要他们的时候，他们所帮助的往往都是不曾相识的人。因为“志愿付出，不图回报”的志愿者精神在指引着他们，指引着他们用自己的青春去传播理念，践行文明，奉献爱心，感染社会。

2008年1月的冰冻雨雪自然灾害，5月的汶川特大地震，8月的北京奥运会。2010年1月的海地地震，4月的甘肃舟曲特大山洪泥石流灾害，5月的上海世博会，11月的广州亚运会。2011年3月的云南盈江地震，日本地震，还有4月底即将到来的西安世园会。无论是中国还是世界，青年志愿者的每一次出色表现总是能带给我们不一样的惊喜。

志愿者身上所体现出来的，不仅仅是我们中华民族自古以来“助人为乐”的传统美德，而更多的是告诉我们青年人应该承担什么样的社会责任。

2008年，我曾有幸成为北京奥运会中的一名城市志愿者，15天的服务日让我学会了太多太多，每一次的微笑都在抒发着我内心的喜悦，每一滴的汗水都在诠释着我生命的真谛。时隔3年，那一幕幕清晰的画面就好像发生在昨天，让我至今仍然记忆犹新。赠人玫瑰，手留余香，这种感觉真的很好，就像成千上万的普通志愿者一样，我愿意用自己的青春去传播文明，去用自己的行动来感染身边的人。很荣幸，2011年我再次加入到了宝鸡市青年志愿者的队伍中来，这是一支群众自发组织的队伍；有公司的白领，有工厂的工人，还有学校的学生等。寒假，我们一起去了敬老院，去了儿童福利中心，并且尽我们所能的去帮助那些需要我们帮助的人。

作为志愿者，辛苦之余，也颇有感想：志愿者，以振兴中华为己任，以服务人民为职责；善于关爱、乐于奉献、尽己所能、不计报酬、每位志愿者对于社会，无异于沧海一粟，而正是这无数的沧海一粟，才构成了川流不息的江河湖泊，构成了波澜壮阔浩瀚大海。

接下来的十来天就是军训，那时虽然已经立秋，但那太阳并不比现在逊色多少呵呵，军训就在那足球场（说是足球场，不如说是土场呵呵，记得那时场上有几根草都被我们给毒害了，简直就是不毛之地呵呵），而且刮风，虽然时不时的有洒水车来应应急但吃的灰尘自然不会少呵呵，那可算是人生第一次吃那样的苦啊，我那时说真的个子虽高但偏瘦，所以体质也不咋样。所以军训下来人变黑了就不说了，可是从我身上训了几斤肉啊，我好痛惜啊，这也为我高一的生活也埋下了铺垫呵呵。说真的从小学到初中我都是在家里就餐，还没吃过食堂饭军训期间觉得学校食堂还不错，也许那时觉得吃食堂有点新鲜感罢了。可是自从军训完十分痛惜自己瘦了越来越厌倦学校食堂的生活了，愈来愈想吃吃外面的伙食，可那时一中是封闭式管理呀，寄宿生一般是不允许外出，所以也只是当当“空想家”而已。

一天快结束了！整天坐在同一个教室里，看着前面一个接一个地变换着的身影，我已经麻木了！

可以看出我身边的人也已经不耐烦了！Ａ整天叠纸，真不知道她累不累，虽然现在是高一，同学们不是睡觉就是发出巨大而刺耳的声音来排解郁闷。

考试前的一天做好了一切准备，第二天按时到达考场，各自找到考室，钟声一响，个个鱼贯而入，各就各位，像伏在战壕的战士待冲锋号令一样，只等考卷一发，满弦的弓箭就会发射出去。别的同学两天半考完，第三天下午，就观光市容去了。我因为多考了一科，只得考完就与约好的同学，立即上路往回走。我们同行的大概是八九个同学，为了忘记疲劳和驱逐瞌睡，大家轮流讲笑话或者讲故事。走到柳树镇，天都还没有亮，但是个个都喊来不起了。不知是谁，也不知凭的什么关系，喊开了柳树的茶旅店的门，主人在楼板上铺上竹席，我们一落席就睡着了。一觉醒来，已经是半上午了，不知是怎样吃的早饭，我们又忙着往青堤镇走，过了青堤，又往洋溪镇赶，到黄光怀家才又饱饱地吃了一顿午饭。下午，黄光怀陪我们到？R溪河游泳，这样才洗去了昨晚和今天的疲乏，冲走了全身的脏汗和臭气。直到快傍晚时，我和陈裕才等人才告辞回到太和镇。第二天又才回到自己的家。

our ancestors liked to build walls. they built walls in beijing, xi’an, nanjing and many other cities, and they built the great wall, which snakes across half our country. they built walls to protect against enemies and evil spirits. this tradition has survived to this day: we still have many parks and schools walled off from the public.

for a long time, walls were one of the most natural things in the world to me.

my perceptions, however, changed after i made a hiking trip to the eastern suburbs of my city. my classmates and i were walking with some foreign students. as we walked out of the city, we found ourselves flanked by tall trees, which formed a wide canopy above our heads. suddenly one foreign student asked me, “where is the entrance to the eastern suburbs?”

a year ago, when i was working on a term paper, i needed a book on business law and found a copy in the law school library. however, the librarian coldly rejected my request to borrow it, saying, “you can’t borrow this book, you’re not a student here.” in the end, i had to spend 200 yuan to buy a copy. meanwhile, the copy in the law school gathered dust on the shelf.
