步入高三已经___个月了。在___考试中，我取得了较好的成绩。在此，我想和大家分享一下我学习上的心得体会。

前段时间我被一些学习方法很重要的信息所影响，觉得题海战术太枯燥乏味，做多了也是无用功。我认为以我现在的基础，别人用四五遍才能掌握的知识，我完全可以只用两三遍，因此我改变了上学期稳扎稳打的学习态度，我开始放松了学习，一味地追寻一些投机取巧的学习方法。然而随着一次次考试摸底，我的分数在学校排名中一再的突破底线，成绩上的失利突显了我平时学习上忽略的问题。面对这样的结果，我迷茫了，但是我并没有端正自己的学习态度，开始认真踏实的学习，却开始怀疑自己的能力。我其实没有想象中的那么优秀吧?我是不是学习能力有问题等想法接踵而至，我在困惑中越陷越深，很长时间没有了学习的激情和动力。老师们看在眼里，都很担心我的状态。于是，他们开始一次又一次的与我谈话。心对心、面对面的谈话让我慢慢认识到我学习态度的问题。在老师们的指导下，我重新踏上了奋斗拼搏的学习之路，我开始认真听讲，理解老师讲的重点，课后针对性地做一套套的卷子，再总结错误，慢慢的我的学习进入了良性循环阶段，因此我才能在这次考试中取得优异的成绩。在此，我很感激我的老师们对我的付出，也感谢曾经帮助我的同学们，如果没有他们的耐心劝导和陪伴，或许现在我还在迷茫、自我否定中苦苦挣扎。

我的经历让我对学习有了一个全新的认知，那就是一切的学习方法都要建立在具备一定的题海练习的基础上，否则你的成绩就是空中楼阁，没有基础总会有倒塌的一天。学习没有捷径可走，我们必须在书本、作业、纠错本上打着持久战。或许已经有人厌倦，疲惫，准备放弃了，但是，我们不能放弃，人生还有很长的路要走，高三只是坎坷之一，我们需要的就是坚持不懈、矢志不渝的去学习，这样我们才能迎来春暖花开的一天。

把握高考，首先要拥有良好的心态。在高考启航前，我们要把心态调整好，要摒弃杂念，集中精力，专注于学习，专注于高考。这时，集中精力是一种明智，因为在一定时期内，一个人的资源和能力是有限的，你无法同时做好数件同样重要、难度又都很大的事情。而琐事也同样会占据你的时间，消磨你的意志。这时，对于我们来说，学习是主流，不要被生活中一些小事，同学间一些摩擦所拖累。

把握高考，其次要拥有健康的体魄。社会需要的不是那种弱不禁风，身体孱弱的白面书生，而是拥有科学知识和健康体格的接班人。所以，平时的体育锻炼，不仅能锻炼我们的体质，充实我们的革命本钱，更能锻炼我们的毅力，为我们的高考加油!

考试考的是实力，也是心理的考验。其实，从心理学的角度来看，考前紧张是正常的，也是必要的。因为“紧张”能刺激你的神经，使你处于一种兴奋状态，这种状态下的复习才更有效。当然，紧张不能过度，张弛有度地调节好自己的心理，将有助于取得良好的考试成绩。同学们要在考试中保持最佳的心理状态，要具备信心、细心和专心。信心是成功的精神支柱，有信心的同学表现为胸有成竹，从容不迫，在考试中遇到难题，沉着应考，每场考试不管试卷难易也要坚持到最后一秒!还要提醒同学们考试时一定做题要细心，要避免粗心造成过失性失分，造成不应有的损失。专心是头脑清醒、精力集中的前提。考前存有畏惧心理，这是可以理解的，但一上考场，必须专心致志地沉心于每一道试题，才能保持头脑清醒，才能处于最佳心理和生理状态。考场上如果遇到问题只要及时冷静下来，专心应对，照样能取得优秀的成绩!

前段时间我被一些学习方法很重要的信息所影响，觉得题海战术太枯燥乏味，做多了也是无用功。我认为以我现在的基础，别人用四五遍才能掌握的知识，我完全可以只用两三遍，因此我改变了上学期稳扎稳打的学习态度，我开始放松了学习，一味地追寻一些投机取巧的学习方法。然而随着一次次考试摸底，我的分数在学校排名中一再的突破底线，成绩上的失利突显了我平时学习上忽略的问题。

面对这样的结果，我迷茫了，但是我并没有端正自己的学习态度，开始认真踏实的学习，却开始怀疑自己的能力。我其实没有想象中的那么优秀吧?我是不是学习能力有问题等想法接踵而至，我在困惑中越陷越深，很长时间没有了学习的激情和动力。老师们看在眼里，都很担心我的状态。于是，他们开始一次又一次的与我谈话。心对心、面对面的谈话让我慢慢认识到我学习态度的问题。

在老师们的指导下，我重新踏上了奋斗拼搏的学习之路，我开始认真听讲，理解老师讲的重点，课后针对性地做一套套的卷子，再总结错误，慢慢的我的学习进入了良性循环阶段，因此我才能在这次考试中取得优异的成绩。在此，我很感激我的老师们对我的付出，也感谢曾经帮助我的同学们，如果没有他们的耐心劝导和陪伴，或许现在我还在迷茫、自我否定中苦苦挣扎。

我的经历让我对学习有了一个全新的认知，那就是一切的学习方法都要建立在具备一定的题海练习的基础上，否则你的成绩就是空中楼阁，没有基础总会有倒塌的一天。学习没有捷径可走，我们必须在书本、作业、纠错本上打着持久战。或许已经有人厌倦，疲惫，准备放弃了，但是，我们不能放弃，人生还有很长的路要走，高三只是坎坷之一，我们需要的就是坚持不懈、矢志不渝的去学习，这样我们才能迎来春暖花开的一天。

It is such an honor and pleasure for me to be back at Yale, especially on the occasion of the 300th anniversary. I have had so many memories of my time here, and as Nick was speaking I thought about how I ended up at Yale Law School. And it tells a little bit about how much progress we’ve made.

What I think most about when I think of Yale is not just the politically charged atmosphere and not even just the superb legal education that I received. It was at Yale that I began work that has been at the core of what I have cared about ever since. I began working with New Haven legal services representing children. And I studied child development, abuse and neglect at the Yale New Haven Hospital and the Child Study Center. I was lucky enough to receive a civil rights internship with Marian Wright Edelman at the Children’s Defense Fund, where I went to work after I graduated. Those experiences fueled in me a passion to work for the benefit of children, particularly the most vulnerable.

When I was thinking about running for the United States Senate-which was such an enormous decision to make, one I never could have dreamed that I would have been making when I was here on campus-I visited a school in New York City and I met a young woman, who was a star athlete.

I was there because of Billy Jean King promoting an HBO special about women in sports called “Dare to compete.” It was about Title IX and how we finally, thanks to government action, provided opportunities to girls and women in sports.

So, dare to compete, yes, but maybe even more difficult, dare to care. Dare to care about people who need our help to succeed and fulfill their own lives. There are so many out there and sometimes all it takes is the simplest of gestures or helping hands and many of you understand that already. I know that the numbers of graduates in the last 20 years have worked in community organizations, have tutored, have committed themselves to religious activities.

Community service and religious involvement being up. But if you look at the area of voting among 18 to 29 year olds, the numbers tell a far more troubling tale. Many of you I know believe that service and community volunteerism is a better way of solving the issues facing our country than political engagement, because you believe-choose one of the following multiples or choose them all-government either can’t understand or won’t make the right choices because of political pressures, inefficiency, incompetence or big money influence.

Well, I admit there is enough truth in that critique to justify feeling disconnected and alienated. But at bottom, that’s a personal cop-out and a national peril. Political conditions maximize the conditions for individual opportunity and responsibility as well as community. Americorps and the Peace Corps exist because of political decisions. Our air, water, land and food will be clean and safe because of political choices. Our ability to cure disease or log onto the Internet have been advanced because of politically determined investments. Ethnic cleansing in Kosovo ended because of political leadership. Your parents and grandparents traveled here by means of government built and subsidized transportation systems. Many used GI Bills or government loans, as I did, to attend college.

Now, I could, as you might guess, go on and on, but the point is to remind us all that government is us and each generation has to stake its claim. And, as stakeholders, you will have to decide whether or not to make the choice to participate. It is hard and it is, bringing change in a democracy, particularly now. There’s so much about our modern times that conspire to lower our sights, to weaken our vision-as individuals and communities and even nations.

It is not the vast conspiracy you may have heard about; rather it’s a silent conspiracy of cynicism and indifference and alienation that we see every day, in our popular culture and in our prodigious consumerism.

And I leave these graduates with the same message I hope to leave with my graduate. Dare to compete. Dare to care. Dare to dream. Dare to love. Practice the art of making possible. And no matter what happens, even if you hear shouts behind, keep going.

choosing to be a teacher means giving up the life as rich as a business man;

choosing to be a top student means giving up much leisure time in front of the tv.

sure, its a torture, but we must judge carefully what is more important, then give up the others. dont think of them any more, just focus all your spirit on what you are doing.

i myself, who is standing here, have already chosen to challenge in such a great competition, so i have to give up ten days of normal classes in school and relaxation without pressure. but i am still pleased, because giving up properly makes me stick to my choice.

首先针对学习的细节与方法提三点建议：

第一、保持题感。俗话说：打球要有球感、解题要有题感，只有每天每科坚持做一定量的练习，才能保持对题目中关键信息的敏锐度，计算的准确度和熟练度。才能保证知识储备充足和答题技巧娴熟。

第二、回归基础。中高考考题70%以上都是基础题，回归基础的目的就是确保该拿的分不丢掉，在这个时间节点再盲目去攻难题是很不明智的，只有多花时间厘清基础，才能保证考卷中简单题的得分率。

第三、关注旧题。从某种意义上说，备考的过程就是一个不断减少错误的过程。从错题本中找出那些曾经做错现在又没印象没思路的题目重新做一遍，弄清出错的原因和正确的解题策略及过程，避免重复出错，积累考试经验，坚定考试信心。

其次学习之外再提三点建议：

第一、劳逸结合。每天保持6至8小时的充足睡眠，另外加上一个小时的有氧运动。万一睡不好也不要太在意，顺其自然就好。

第二、注意安全。特别强调三种安全：

1、饮食安全：天气炎热，坚决不吃变质食物，不吃隔夜饭菜，尽量在家里吃，记住：妈妈的味道才是最安全，最美的味道。

2、交通安全：往返学校严格遵守各项交通规则，不骑不乘违规及不安全的交通工具。

3、运动安全：不做剧烈运动，如打篮球，万一受伤，影响考试，得不偿失。

第三、稳定心态。

中、高考的结果无非三种：

首先，大家都知道今天演讲的主题是让梦想照亮青春，既然与梦想有关，那我们就谈谈，为了实现自己的梦想该做些什么呢?大家可能会说，努力，奋斗，拼搏，进取，不错，这些都是我们在取得成功之前，所必须具备的元素，但大家知道在做这些努力和奋斗之前，我们首先要做到哪一点呢?或者更具体的说一个推销员或一个创业者要想获得成功的话首先要做到哪一点呢?可能有的同学已经猜出来答案了。那就是我们中国人最看重的--面子。

面子或许是最具有中国特色的概念，作为最具有的个性，中国人爱面子，也死要面子。据说英文中并没有面子一词，在中文翻译成英文时，很多人把面子翻译成名誉，这显然不是我们所理解的。而中国人所谓的面子应该是介于名誉与虚荣心之间的一种内心的情感因素。

由于面子观念在国人头脑中根深蒂固，大学生也不例外，这使得很多毕业生在就业时进入了一些误区，如怕脏怕累、盲目攀比、清高自傲等等，从而造成大量毕业生找不到工作。难道就业真的这么难么?我们只考虑过工资待遇问题，有没有考虑过自身原因呢?有的同学认为大学毕业后会直接呆在安逸舒服的办公室里工作，端着茶水，拿着高薪，于是在找工作时漫天要价，脏活累活一点不干，从而导致用人单位招不到人，毕业生找不到工作的尴尬局面，而且我们常常会听到这样的话，这不是大学生干的活，上了四年大学怎么可以干服务员的活，拿的工资怎么能比农民工还少。

但有些人就不这样想，比如说温州人，大家应该都知道，温州人被称为中国的犹太人，央视曾经播出过一部剧，叫做《温州一家人》，对我促动很大，不知道大家有没有看过，这部剧非常真实的讲述了一家温州人放下面子，艰苦追求梦想的创业历程。温州人从来不爱面子，为了完成创业的原始积累，他们背井离乡，摆地摊，补鞋，脏活累活都不在乎，很多人都看不起他们，觉得修一双鞋能赚几个钱，甚至连农民都觉得他们干的是很低贱的活。等到讥笑他们的人醒悟过来时，他们已经完成了原始资本积累，并且在更高的平台上发展去了。能做别人不愿做的事，能吃别人不能吃的苦，就能赚别人赚不了的钱。这就是温州人发财的原因。他们不怕碰壁，只有一个念头，不管你们怎么看我，我就要赚你的钱。他们用比城墙还厚的脸皮把自己的产品，最重要是他们把温州人这个品牌推向了全国，推向了全世界。

所以，从现在起，放下我们所谓的高贵的颜面吧，为了我们的梦想，别在乎别人说什么，只要无愧于我们的心，因为至少现在我们还没有资格来争取面子。

离小高考还有短短的五天，我想说：同学们，请再多一份坚持!在这屈指可数的关键时刻，谁抓住了时间和效率，谁就会拥有胜利和成功。海明威在《老人与海》中有一句名言：“你可以摧毁我，却不能打败我!”一个意志坚强的人，最有希望与成功结缘。适度的压力必不可少，因为有压力才有动力，想一想，你们以前的哪一次成功跳跃，不是压力的促使?适度的压力固然需要，可是我们信心要更大，带着信心走上考场。那么信心从哪里来?行动就是培养信心的良药，而埋怨、纠结将不断滋生对考试的恐惧。同学们，抓住点滴的时间，集中你们的智慧、精力，再去科学地发现问题，查漏补缺，考试的信心就是这样积累起来的。也许有同学觉得只有这几天改变不了什么，顺其自然吧，我也不想太累了。其实大家都知道比赛终场前的冲刺是非常重要的，小高考本身就有其特殊性，时间短，投入少，见效快，越到后面提升的空间越大，提升的速度越快，只要你有足够的意志与信心去坚持!

考试考的是实力，也是心理的考验。其实，从心理学的角度来看，考前紧张是正常的，也是必要的。因为“紧张”能刺激你的神经，使你处于一种兴奋状态，这种状态下的复习才更有效。当然，紧张不能过度，张弛有度地调节好自己的心理，将有助于取得良好的考试成绩。同学们要在考试中保持最佳的心理状态，要具备信心、细心和专心。信心是成功的精神支柱，有信心的同学表现为胸有成竹，从容不迫，在考试中遇到难题，沉着应考，每场考试不管试卷难易也要坚持到最后一秒!还要提醒同学们考试时一定做题要细心，要避免粗心造成过失性失分，造成不应有的损失。专心是头脑清醒、精力集中的前提。考前存有畏惧心理，这是可以理解的，但一上考场，必须专心致志地沉心于每一道试题，才能保持头脑清醒，才能处于最佳心理和生理状态。考场上如果遇到问题只要及时冷静下来，专心应对，照样能取得优秀的成绩!

中国有句俗话，叫做“一勤天下无难事”。唐朝文学大家韩愈就曾说过：“业精于勤，荒于嬉。”也就是说，学业方面的精深造诣来源于勤奋好学。唯有勤奋者，才能在无边的知识海洋里猎取到真智实才，才能不断的开拓知识领域，获得知识的报酬，武装自己的头脑。

波兰有个叫玛妮雅的小姑娘，学习非常专心。不管周围怎么吵闹，都分散不了她的注意力。一次，玛妮雅在做功课，她姐姐和同学在她面前唱歌、跳舞、做游戏。玛妮雅就像没看见一样，在一旁专心地看书。姐姐和同学想试探她一下。她们悄悄地在玛妮雅身后搭起几张凳子，只要玛妮雅一动，凳子就会倒下来。时间一分一秒地过去了，玛妮雅读完了一本书，又拿起一本书津津有味的看了起来，凳子仍然竖在那儿。从此姐姐和同学再也不逗她了，而且像玛妮雅一样专心读书，认真学习。玛妮雅长大以后，成为一个伟大的的科学家。她就是居里夫人。

“创新尖兵”罗东元只念了一年高中就下山了，虽然学业中断，但他从没有放弃自学。没有放弃“要为国家做出一番业绩”的理想。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”罗东元所有的成就源于他对理想坚持不懈的追求。我要想成为一名优秀的技术工人，只有从现在起珍惜在校生活，规划好未来的职业生涯，才能把握人生航船的方向，才能为社会为国家作出更大的贡献。

篇二：勤奋铸就成功

自从听说有人在萨文河畔散步时无意发现了金子后，这里便常有来自四面八方的淘金者。他们都想成为富翁，于是寻遍了整个河床，挖出很多大坑，希望借助他们找到更多的金子，的确，有一些人还是找到了，但更多的人却一无所获，只好扫兴而归，也有不甘心落空的，便驻扎在这里，继续寻找。

保罗就是其中一员。他在河床附近买了一块没人要的土地，一个人默默地工作。为了找金子，他已经把所有的钱都押在这块土地上了。他埋头干了几个月，直到土地全变成了坑坑洼洼，他失望了——他翻遍了整块土地，却连丁点金子都没看见。六个月后，他连买面包的钱都没有了。于是他准备离开这儿到别的地方去谋生。就在他即将离去的前一个晚上，天上下起了倾盆大雨，并且一下就是三天三夜。雨终于停下了，彼得走出小木屋，发现眼前的土地看上去好像和以前不一样：坑坑洼洼已经被大雨刷平整，松软的土地上长出一层绿茸茸的小草。“这里没找到金子，”彼得忽有所悟地说，“但这土地很肥沃，我可以用来种花，并且拿到镇上去卖给那些富人，他们一定会买些花来装扮他们华丽的客厅。如果真是这样的话，那么我一定会赚许多钱。

于是他留下来，彼得花了不少精力培养花苗，不久田里长出了美丽娇艳的各色鲜花。五年后，彼得终于实现了他的梦想——成了一个富翁。

“我是惟一一个找到真金的人!”他时常不无骄傲地告诉别人，“别人在这儿找不到金子便远远地离开，而我的‘金子’是在这块土地里，只有勤劳的人才能采集到。”

我们三(2)班就有很多学习勤奋刻苦的孩子，比如邹硕、陈卓钰、聂婧楠、刘精苗这些同学，课间总能看到他们安静阅读、钻研题目的身影。还有朴信安、李嘉乐、郭恬昊同学在学习上非常主动，常常会给自己定一个具体可行的目标，利用课余时间完成额外的学习任务，不懂就及时问老师，有错误也会在第一时间更正，并经常和老师探讨。还有胡梓隽、李馨怡同学，他们在学习上遇到困难，一定会坚持不懈，直到完全弄懂。像这样学习努力的孩子三2班还有很多，如曾诗培、张惟楚等等，希望涌现更多勤学、肯钻研的同学。

有时候通往成功的路不是只有一条，换个方法也能到达，但是，不管选择哪一条路，都必须勤奋努力地走下去。成功不是偶然得来的，而是勤奋努力的结果。勤奋是一生的事业，是通往成功的必经之路。

两军相逢相逢勇者胜

高考，在我们的人生中注定不可回避地、必然将与我们狭路相逢。此刻同学们暂且让所有的焦虑和担忧、所有的烦恼和无奈都统统放下，只有勇敢的面对挑战，才能迸发出最大的能量与潜力，才能有“蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”的惊喜!

拿破仑说过：世界上有两种最伟大的力量——利剑和精神。对我们来讲，利剑就是我们的知识和能力，我们已经是利剑在手;精神就是坚定的理想信念和永不言弃的精神。面对即将到来的高考，我们要有自信，因为我们高一、高二没有虚掷青春，我们高三更加努力，一千多个日子踏实勤奋的学习，让我们的成绩更加稳定;科学合理的方法，让我们的进步更加显著;淡定平和的心态，让我们的脚步更加稳健。我们全体高三人已经为最后的冲刺做好了充分的准备，我们正蓄势待发。同学们：越到最后关头越要咬紧牙关。“最困难之日，就是离成功不远之时。”请要记住谁笑到最后，谁笑的最好。

二、此时不搏，更待何时?

三、信心、细心、平常心助你成功

我先做一个简单的自我介绍：我来自江南影视的表演系，我的名字叫做张黎，张开的“张”，黎明的“黎”，张开双臂，拥抱黎明。

在这块场地上我看了不下十次的演出，但是令我寒心的是，每次演出常常是开场的一次掌声，中间的几次零星掌声，结束时的人早已散光，我们很多人不会给站在舞台的人鼓掌，我们很多人不喜欢认同别人，其实你鼓掌的态度就决定了你人格成功的标准。鼓掌是为别人喝彩，也是为自己加油，也体现了你的素质，我相信各位都是有修养的人，你们一定会给我最多的鼓励和最好的配合的，我们一定会共同完成一场精彩和令人难忘的演讲的，你们说是吗?

Ok!行动是最好的证明，当我说“哦”的时候，你们就说“yes”!

今天的开场真是太完美了，所以我要带给你们更精彩的过程!

如果人生要被分成很多个阶段，那么大学就是一个新的开始，如果你要问我怎样才可以使你的大学可以过得更加美好，那么我的答案就是不断地采取有效的行动。

《圣经》里有这样一个故事：

有一天，一个有两个儿子的父亲对大儿子说：“儿啊，你今天到我的葡萄园去工作。”

“我不去，我不想工作。”老大回答说。

老大拒绝听父亲的话，就走开了。过了一会儿，他坐下想了想，就懊悔自己的行为。他想：“我错了，我不该违背父亲。我虽然说不去，可是我还是应该到葡萄园工作的。”

他立刻起身到葡萄园去，使劲地工作，藉以弥补他的过失。

这时，父亲又去找小儿子，对他说同样的话：“儿啊!你今天到我的葡萄园去工作。”

小儿子一口答应：“我去，父亲。我这就去。”

可是过了一会儿，小儿子想：“我是说过我去，可是我并不想去!你以为我会在父亲的葡萄园工作吗?才不呢。”

过了几个钟头，父亲到葡萄园去看看。不料，竟发现老大在园里拼命地工作，却不见小儿子的踪影。

我问各位：“这两个儿子，哪一个照父亲的意思做了呢?”

是的，是大儿子。

没错!这个故事告诉我们：行胜于言，只要采取积极有效的行动，才能实现人生的目标。也许你们在没有进入大学之前定了很多的计划，也有很多的美好的梦想，但无论我们做什么事，有什么好的想法，或者立了什么誓言，只有采取行动，我们才能通过自己的积极行动去创造我们想要的一切。

我从来不认为自己是一个天才，但我就是一个能积极行动的人。也许你们早有听说：大学里的社团很多，也可以很好的展现自己，提高自己，可是会行动的却很少，但是我是会积极行动的人，当我有了想法要建社团的时候，我就立刻去做了，两个星期的时间，我几乎跑遍了江影所有的房间，当然除了女卫生间之外，终于在江影我建立属于自己的社团，我给它起了一个好听的名字：叫做乐乐团!推荐一下：有兴趣的同学可以加入!

To that end, I will give you my five rules to think about, quickly forget, but years from now kick yourself for not having listened to.

From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

As what I said at the beginning, we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out We are the world, we are the future.

You train fleas by potting them in a jar with a top on it。 Fleas jump， so they will jump up and hit the top over and over and over again。 As you watch them jump and hit the top， you will notice something interesting。 The fleas continue to jump， but they are no longer jumping high enough to hit the top。 Then， and it’s a matter of record， you can take the top off and though the fleas continue to jump， they won’t jump out of the jar。 I repeat， they won’t jump out because they can’t。 The reason is simple。 They have conditioned themselves to jump just so high。 Once they have conditioned themselves to jump just so high， that’s all they can do。
