虽然我有农学院的本科学历，也有在乡镇机关担任多岗位负责人10多年独档一面工作的经历，新的岗位要求主办者不但要有较强的事业心和责任感，又要具有一定的农业各产业和门类的基本知识和较强的分析问题、总揽全局的理论和政策水平，很好的组织协调能力和团结协作的精神。仅凭过去的一点积累是不可能较好地履行岗位职责的，更谈不上得心应手。几年来我首先端正自己的观点和认识，从头开始，自觉加强思想和作风修养，努力提高综合素质。着重：
一是自觉加强政治和理论学习。认真学习新时期党和政府关于“三农”工作的各项理论、路线、方针、政策，努力提高理论政策水平。
二是刻苦钻研业务知识。向专家学专业知识，不耻下问，向老同志和同事学工作经验，虚心讨教，边干边学，在实践中总结和积累工作经验，提高业务水平。

由于机构改革等原因，本科室的组建和直属事业单位专职人员的到位到03年年底才算真正完成。为了使部门工作和事务管理有据可依、有章可循、系统规范，近年来，按照泰州农委《农业统计工作目标管理考核办法》，对系统农业统计工作进行了有效的规范和目标管理。在局有关单位配齐专业人员的基础上，认真组织好业务培训，为做好工作打下了较好的基础。对于上级布置的农业结构调整、农业服务业、农业生产综合统计等专项业务工作，都能严格按要求组织开展，做到及时、规范、全面、保质保量。较好地进行统一扎口、审核、提供和公布统计数字，确保数出有据，帐表相符和统计数据的严肃性。
三、积极开展农业生产和职能工作情况调查，为领导决策提供服务
按照上级有关部门和局领导的要求，我能够组织经常性的农业生产和形势的调研、预测、分析工作，每年分季度汇总农业生产中的情况和问题，提出建议，同时认真组织开展好有关的专项农业生产调查，形成调查报告报送有关部门和领导。每年分三次对系统各项职能工作任务完成情况进行调查和汇总并报局各位领导参考。

说起来惭愧，几年来，我的工作谈不上出色，也没有取得多少值得一说的.成绩，聊以自我安慰的是也还做了一点琐碎的事情，基本上能够按照要求完成了各项工作任务，各方面也得到了锻炼和提高，得到了上级部门和大家的基本认可。
五、竞岗承诺

And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened.
