We Are The World ,We Are The Future

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. 我们看到了七时五十九分妈妈说：“我要去包饺子了。”我和爸爸来到客厅，等待着，二零__春节晚会的到来。过了四十分我妈妈把那些菜热上，把饺子下进锅，饺子煮熟了，我们津津有味地吃了起来，猪肉芹菜馅的饺子太好吃了，只是闻一闻口水都快流出来了。原来除夕之夜充满浓浓的香气。

why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical success story. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.

the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. the reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

Let me give you some data to back up that claim. So here's a study of change in people's personal values over time. Here's three values. Everybody here holds all of them, but you probably know that as you grow, as you age, the balance of these values shifts. So how does it do so? Well, we asked thousands of people. We asked half of them to predict for us how much their values would change in the next 10 years, and the others to tell us how much their values had changed in the last 10 years. And this enabled us to do a really interesting kind of analysis, because it allowed us to compare the predictions of people, say, 18 years old, to the reports of people who were 28, and to do that kind of analysis throughout the lifespan.

Duanwu Festival (端午节) is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifthday of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. 世界上最富的人，比尔·盖茨，他是个程序员，懒得读书，他就退学了，他又懒得记那些复杂的DOS命令，于是他就编了个图形的界面程序——叫什么来着？我忘了，懒得记这些东西。于是全世界的电脑都长着相同的脸，而成了世界首富。

世界上最值钱的品牌，可口可乐，他的老板更懒，尽管中国的茶文化历史悠久，巴西的咖啡香味浓郁，但他实在太懒了，弄点糖精加上凉水，装瓶就卖。于是全世界有人的地方，大家都在喝那种像血一样的液体。

世界上的足球运动员，罗纳尔多，他在场上连动都懒得动，就在对方的门前站着，等球砸到他的时候，踢一脚，这就是全世界身价的运动员了。有的人说，他带球的速度惊人，那是废话，别人一场跑90分钟，他就跑15秒，当然要快些了。

世界上最厉害的餐饮业，麦当劳，它的老板也是懒得出奇，懒得学习法国大餐的精美，懒得掌握中餐的复杂技巧，弄两片破面包夹块就卖，结果全世界都能看到那个M的标志。必胜客的老板，懒得把馅饼的馅装进去直接撒在发面饼上边就卖，结果大家都管那叫PLZZA比10张馅饼还贵。

这样的例子太多了，我都懒得再说了。

还有那句废话也要提一下：生命在于运动。你见过哪个运动员长寿了？世界上最长寿的人还是那些连肉都懒得吃的和尚。

如果没有这些懒人，我们现在生活在什么样的环境里，我都懒得想。

人是这样，动物也是如此。世界上最长寿的动物是乌龟，它们一辈子几乎不怎么动，就趴在那里，结果能活一千年，它们懒得走，但和勤劳好动的兔子赛跑，谁赢了？牛最勤快，结果人们给它吃草，却还要挤它的奶。熊猫傻了吧唧的，什么也不干，抱着竹子能啃一天，人们亲昵地称它为“国宝”。

回到我们工作中，看看你公司里每天最早来最晚走，一天像发条一样忙个不停的人，他是不是工资最低的？那个每天游手好闲，没事就发呆的家伙，是不是工资？据说还有不少公司股票呢！

第二， 具有熟练的业务技能和较强的协调能力。在会计国库股工作十几年来，从手工操作到微机录入，从帐平表对到核算管理，从传统业务到技术创新，我见证了会计国库制度改革的重要进程，并圆满完成了各个改革阶段赋予的重要职责，实现了三无三零目标。另外，协调各商业银行、信用社以及一财两税等有关部门，在帐务核对、票据交换、业务往来等方面建立了相应的制度，保证了辖区金融机构业务的正常运转，维护了金融秩序的稳定。

第三， 具有较强的管理能力。我从股员到环节干部，从群众到党员，从门外汉到指挥者，经历了一次又一次的艰难历程，也一次又一次积累了丰富的经验并 身体力行。在这个专业性极强的岗位上，我坚持做给大家看，促着大家干，不仅增强了团队精神，荣获了分行级青年文明号、巾帼文明示范岗、中支级先进党小组等10多项荣誉，而且使一茬又一茬的会计干部成为支行的中坚力量。担任股长七年来，培养出4名党员，4名股长、15名业务骨干，1名分行级优秀团员、3名分行级技术能手，在支行内部被誉为人才的摇篮。

第四， 具有丰富的工作经验。16年来，从凭证的传递、账务的处理，资料的归档，都制定了一套切实可行的操作流程，在上级行的历次检查中均受到好评，在长期的工作实践中，还创造性地实行了岗位ab制、领导跟班制、业绩公示制、定期评议制、监督检查制的五制管理办法，有效提升了会计国库整体工作水平。同时结合实际撰写60多篇理论研讨文章，被上级行采用20多篇。

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. 8、拼读记忆法，读准单词的发音是记住单词的前提，拼读记忆首先要求把单词读准确，充分认识单词的读音与拼写之间的关系。如nthusiastic

落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容，无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计，都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值，有利于学生发展语言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思维品质，学会学习，树立正确的价值观和审美观，提高学生的文化品格。

And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river．Who is the devil？I can＇t help asking．

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty

water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can＇t clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.
