我用了这么多语言去介绍这部短片，不仅仅是因为我也热爱摄影，希望用自己的微笑与赞美去影响拍摄对象，拍出更真实且直击人心的画面，也同样希望能像纽曼一样，在未来遇到一个热爱摄影并向往自由的女孩，而且我认为，对于一名传媒学院的学生来讲，微笑与亲和力是必备的，也是至关重要的素养。微笑着面对身边的每个人，你会发现人与人人与人之间的相处并没有那么难。

我在回家的路上。

公交车里放着不知名的上世纪的粤语歌。虽是夏末，但傍晚的天空还是亮堂着的，只是阳光不似盛夏那般毒辣。夕阳的光亮洒在公交车上，溜进放着冷气的车里，停映在蓝色的座椅上。这车便伴着化不开的粤语歌声，载着焦躁与不安，一路颠簸地向前行进着。

路旁一处田野中的荷花枯败了。那片田野为何会用来种荷花我是不明了的，但自打我上高中起，夏秋两季我便能在上学与回家的途中见着这片土地上的荷花。“接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红”，那是湖水里的荷花，是西湖的荷花，是供人欣赏的荷花。然而它不同。盛开之时，繁茂的荷叶遮掩去了田垄的归处，仿佛连这片田野背后的高楼的身影也掩了去。田野里的荷花至少不是用来供路人欣赏的，应该是一些农民以此为生的。田野中的水不深，深度与春耕插秧苗时土地中的水深相仿，因此它终究不是能与湖中的水相比的。但那开放出的荷花却瞩目地伫立在一片绿意之中，在林立的高楼之间，在车辆川流不息地来往的公路旁，也算是一种难得了。

而今那荷叶却稀稀落落地枯败了，在夕阳的映衬下显得格外荒芜。初中的美术课上，老师布置了一份作业，让我们模仿画一幅美术课本上的水彩画。那幅画画的也是夕阳下的残荷，那残荷连叶子也没了，只剩枯倒了的茎杆倒映在一大片被夕阳照得黄澄澄的水面上，那幅画看上去很简单，只要用水渲染出不同浓度的黄色即可。也许是带着初学时的认真，我仔细地用藤黄色颜料调成许多色度不同的黄色，先在草稿上试色，再决定落笔，在纸上一层一层地渲染开那黄澄澄的水面。画完了一张后，自己觉得不大满意，便重新画一张。那次作业出乎意料地得了个a ，自己如视珍宝般地将画放在一个柜中，后来却找不到了。或是掉在了某个角落，或是在家人打扫房间时被扔掉了，也全然不知了。

田野中的水因底层的淤泥而略显黄色，在夕阳的余晖中愈发黄澄，远远望去，这一大片的荷花田里残败的荷叶也像是被水彩画笔抹了去，只剩下一片无垠的黄澄澄的水了。

田野里的残荷，树旁的落叶，像是在告诉我秋天已经来了。然而秋天真的来了吗?车外的阳光还如此明亮。那么哪一天能真正算秋天的开始呢!是立秋吗?而那还正当八月的开始，天气酷热难当。是处暑吗?处暑从字面上讲是“处，去也，暑气至此而止也”，然而八月末，南国的暑气却确实还未消却。那么“一夜寒一夜”的秋分呢?可那时有些晚，树叶在此之前便有凋落的迹象，且秋分那几日又有些凉，时不时地下些小雨，少了些有玻璃般透明的天空的日子。那么，秋天到底起始于哪一天呢?其实秋将至或是秋已至已经不重要了，重要的是度过这个季节的心境。荷叶终究是枯萎了，像去年的荷叶一样。然而夏季总还会来临，荷花依旧会开放。

自己曾读到一首诗，诗与题目与作者均不明，但却十分容易记住：

春有百花秋有月，

夏有凉风冬有雪。

若无闲事挂心头，

便是人间好时节。

车上的人下去了一批，又上来了另一批，而车子依旧开着，缓缓地行进在夕阳涂金的公路上。

我们顺着蜿蜒曲折的道路往鹿角湾里走，起初我心里想：路一定是那些坑坑洼洼、凹凸不平的乡间山路。想不到，呈现在我眼前却是一条较窄的，弯弯的，起伏但很平整的水泥路蔓延到深山里。行车走水泥路时，一会儿右侧是高山左侧是山谷，一会儿右侧又变成了高山左侧又变成了山谷，有好几处急转弯，妈妈一个劲地提醒爸爸：慢点、慢点。爸爸开路，用他的车载手迷(无线电通讯设备)提醒着后面的车：前方急转弯┄┄，注意有措车┄┄。可我觉得很好玩，也很刺激。不过我还是提醒你，如果你去那里，真的要开车慢点，注意安全呦。

因为早上起得比较早，再加上路途并不近，所以，我有点累了，想睡觉。忽然，爸爸一声：“到了!”我立即变得兴奋起来，刚才那股风尘仆仆的劲儿立即烟消云散了!

鹿角湾四面环山，是个山洼，有几米深，山上的山泉水流入后逐渐形成了水洼，我就叫它湖吧。俯视湖面很象鹿角，湖的两岸有许多树和色彩斑斓的野花。水岸南侧的山坡上有挂着红灯笼的充满农家风味的饭馆，一座现代建筑的娱乐厅，还有几座蒙古包样式的住房。在湖中央有个不大不小的岛，岛上树木茂盛，郁郁葱葱，连接小岛与对岸是一座充满乡村气息的小木桥。岛上有一块巨大的石头，石头上面写着两个鲜红的大字：宝岛。

我们就在小岛上安营扎寨了。我和爸爸组装好鱼竿，开始钓鱼。我用的是个小鱼竿。我刚把挂着鱼饵的鱼漂投入水中，鱼就上钩了。那是一条一斤多的大鲤鱼，我惊喜地叫着，因为，那毕竟是我钓上的第一条大鱼呀!过了一会儿，鱼老是不上钩，我便往报纸上一坐，死盯着鱼漂。忽然，竿动了一下，我当时还以为鱼上钩了呢，仔细一看，嗨!原来是一只蜻蜓落在了鱼竿上，不过，这只蜻蜓跟城里的可不一样，它浑身通红，除了红色的，还有蓝色的、青色的、黑色相间的——

收竿吃午饭了!我们把鱼护提出水面，啊!整个上午我们一共钓了十几斤鱼，有鲤鱼、草鱼，还有两条鲫鱼呢!

午饭很丰盛，有鱼、鸡、山野菜，农家种的蔬菜等等，那鱼是我们刚刚从无污染的湖里钓上来的，很鲜美，肉嫩嫩的、白白的。这些都是无污染的、无公害的绿色食品。我心想：在城市里也能吃到这样无污染的禽类、蔬菜类的食品该多好!我们真正想吃的不是那些专门吃饲料，甚至注了水的肉类，也不是打了农药、杀虫剂的蔬菜。

吃过午饭，我带着小弟弟去摘西葫芦花、嫩玉米尖和南瓜花，因为我们的家里都有蝈蝈。可事后我挺后悔，因为爸爸说蝈蝈不一定吃这些，而被我们摘掉的花也再长不出西葫芦、嫩玉米和南瓜了。

正说着，一只蝴蝶飞了过来，也不知怎的，这只蝴蝶总在地上打转，我忙拿下戴在爸爸头上的草帽一扣，啊哈!蝴蝶让我捉着了。它很漂亮，身上有着红色的斑点。

要回家了，我们把袋子里的水倒掉，一不小心，我和爸爸一人“放生”了一条鱼。

在美丽的鹿角湾快乐的一天，我感受到了大自然的无穷魅力，她赋予我们健康生长的空间。我们每一个人都要爱护大自然!

我是完美主义的处女座，所以我十分注意细节，我希望房间是整整齐齐，一尘不染的。学习上我也喜欢精益求精，如果本子上的字有点歪，我会非常地难受，一定要把它更正。我还是个效率王，我做事情总是很讲究效率，所以拖拉作风绝对不会出现在我的身上。

就如星座学所说的，处女座，金牛座和双鱼座是非常合拍的三个星座，所以我们家非常地和谐，妈妈辅导我的学习，一旦我的学习出现了困难，她会运用她的理智为我分析，找出原因，使得我从根本上发现了问题，解决了问题。爸爸关心我的心理成长，在我情绪低落的时候，爸爸经常会说笑话给我听，或者说一些奇闻轶事，让我打开心结，减轻压力。

Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.

Football is a game in which 22 people chase one ball around a large field. The aim of the game is to get the ball into the net to score.

After all, it’s such an easy game, and yet people go crazy mad over it. The answer lies in two facts. One is the game itself. Sometimes it is beyond any description. Football is a game of passes and techniques, passion and love, more importantly, unity is the key---the whole team working as one, united they will never be defeated.

The European’s style. of play is like a Waltz, the Brazilian like a Samba, and the passionate Argentineans play as if they are doing a Tango. Football is so unpredictable, so unbelievable. You will never know who will win until the last minute. Especially when suddenly there is a goal, the fans who have been sitting on the edge of their seats, will be wild with joy and excitement; and the losers with disappointed hearts will despair over their teams.

The other is of course the super stars. Each one has his own personality, just like my idol Ronaldo. When he smiles, we all smile with him. Who can forget that buck-toothed smile, or that unique hairstyle. during the 2025 World Cup. Ronaldo was born to a poor family. He has set an example to children who can’t afford a pair of shoes, but have talent and a passion for football. He gives them confidence and hope of a better future.

Football is the game that wins everyone’s heart and the best game ever invented.

I received a devastating blow to my self-confidence in the first interview of my college years. I applied to be a host in our Student Acting Troupe and felt confident that I would be accepted. But one of the panel members told me: You seem inadequate and you are a little vertically-challenged. My life has never been the same since. I used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. But no matter how hard I tried to look the part, there was still something missing.

As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.

Yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. Cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures.

A world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. The real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly, but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl.

Given a choice, I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. Id rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. I would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. Please, be yourself.

as a man who owns a family, i also have to take care of my family. still, it isn’t that easy. since i took the job 10 years ago, i haven’t had enough time to be with my family. so many festivals have i spend with microphones, but not my family and friends, just because my job needs me. so many times have my wife complained about my returning home late and having meals outside often, just because my job needs me. and so many times, my mom or dad is sick in bed, but i cannot be there with them in time, just because my job needs me. i cannot fully devote myself to my family because my job needs me, a lot of people need me. and again, as a man with a family, how can that be easy?

even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.

i have made many sacrifices as an air traffic controller. i really feel sorry for my family. but as i help pilots find their destinations under terrible weather conditions, and then hear “thanks” from them, i’m satisfied. and as i see planes taking off and landing safely, and make sure that hundreds more families can get together, i’m comforted. i even seem to be able to see the happy smiles on their faces.

such is my job, though i cannot enjoy much of the happiness my family brings to me, i can experience the sense of responsibility through my work. i’ll never regret this, regret choosing my job. it is through these years that i know what responsibility and devotion really mean. and it is through these years that i realize what family really means to me---supporting and understanding. i really appreciate them.

with my family as an anchor for me, i firmly believe that i can overcome all the difficulties on my way, and make a contribution to the cause of air traffic control. and i believe, i am, and always will be a member of civil aviation, and my family as well.

We know how fear feels, but Im not sure we spend enough time thinking about what our fears mean.

As we grow up, were often encouraged to think of fear as a weakness, just another childish thing to discard like baby teeth or roller skates.

And I think its no accident that we think this way. Neuroscientists have actually shown that human beings are hardwired to be optimists.

So maybe thats why we think of fear, sometimes, as a danger in and of itself. “Dont worry,” we like to say to one another. “Dont panic.” In English, fear is something we conquer. Its something we fight.

Its something we overcome. But what if we looked at fear in a fresh way? What if we thought of fear as an amazing act of the imagination, something that can be as profound and insightful as storytelling itself?

Its easiest to see this link between fear and the imagination in young children, whose fears are often extraordinarily vivid.

When I was a child, I lived in California, which is, you know, mostly a very nice place to live, but for me as a child, California could also be a little scary.

I remember how frightening it was to see the chandelier that hung above our dining table swing back and forth during every minor earthquake, and I sometimes couldnt sleep at night, terrified that the Big One might strike while we were sleeping.

And what we say about kids who have fears like that is that they have a vivid imagination. But at a certain point, most of us learn to leave these kinds of visions behind and grow up.

We learn that there are no monsters hiding under the bed, and not every earthquake brings buildings down. But maybe its no coincidence that some of our most creative minds fail to leave these kinds of fears behind as adults.

刚才小撒说一百岁，大家都很愿意，对吧？特别是在座的都很年轻，一百岁还是几十年以后的事儿，但是我们的父母亲、我们的爷爷奶奶，已经到了考虑这个问题的时候了。但是，这个“但是”转折了，我们要活到一百岁，我们要健康地活到一百岁，我们怎么样来走过这些长长的一百年？我们要预防哪些东西？这就变成一个非常重要的问题了。这些问题跟基因有什么关系？

第一个能做的事情，能够预防和预知出生缺陷。这就让我想起来当年我下乡的时候，我14岁就下乡农村，我们湖南湘西的山沟沟里面，有很多的近亲婚配，所以那个地方的出生缺陷相对严重一些。后来我学医以后，我就一直想，能不能把这个出生缺陷控制下去。出生缺陷大多数都是因为基因的缺陷造成的，我如果知道这个基因谱，出生缺陷不就能够控制住了吗？现在从幼儿园拼起，其实应该从妈妈的肚子开始拼起。如果受精卵是好的，怀孕的宝宝是好的，不带有任何出生缺陷，不带有基因的这些疾病，那么这个宝宝就在一个好的起步阶段。所以这些年的努力，我们的技术的进步，现在对出生缺陷的检测，已经到了一个相对经济上可以接受，临床的检测度、准确度比现有的方法，都有了极大提高的一个状态。如果我们把这个项目推广到全国、全世界去，中国不光能够成为控制出生缺陷最好的国家，可能也会成为控制全球出生缺陷领先的国家。

第二个，肿瘤。所有的肿瘤都是基因病。生下来没癌症的，后来是人和环境相互作用得到的。肿瘤是可以预防的，肿瘤是可以不发生的。我是做基因科学的，我是做生命科学的，我一直在那儿想，人生到底是什么？人生到底需要什么？

刚才小撒问大家愿不愿意活到一百岁，这就带来了一个很大的问题，物质财富带来的是什么？我就弄不清楚，那一个规则排列的碳(元素)，那么值钱吗？而且把它用一个叫“克拉”的这么一个单位，然后还代表着圣洁，这不整个就是扯吗，对不对？不就是一个规则碳(元素)吗？还有那些金银财宝，金银财宝都叫“盎司”，都是虚拟的一些消费模式，就把大家引导过去了。特别是量化了以后，在银行里面有好多个00000存在那儿，就忘记了自己来到世界上是干什么的。

像我这种低消费的人，我就这一身衣服，当然是两件一样的，经常洗一洗，两天洗一下。在任何正规的场合下，我也不需要换个什么玩意儿去参加英国人传统的晚宴，他们这个燕尾服、那个大袍、领结，我也不需要。

在工业时代，我们所有的产品，包括你们桌子上放的加多宝，所有的这些都叫物质。物质生产出来，它可以被赋予价值，它有价值，它也可以给赋予价格，它就很容易交换。特别可恶的和可笑的是，有的人，先发达的人，做出很多引导性的样子来。名贵的鞋、名贵的衣服，你说那个鞋，那么高的跟，你穿着舒服吗？戴着那些什么金银财宝，你说你重不重啊？你看我啥都没有，当然眼镜戴着，刚才主要要看我写的什么东西。所以像这样的东西，就是因为他们走在前面了，他们制造出一个一个的消费热点，一个一个的虚拟的消费的模式，一个一个奢华的、满足人类莫名其妙虚荣心的这种奢华的心理状态。

非常可惜的是生命科学滞后，我们的健康、我们的生命都没有被它价值化。特别是健康，没有给它分开，没有把它一截一截的怎么算。

没有什么比生命更重要，没有什么量化的东西可以和生命去比。生命的价值是由健康来承载的，健康的根本是基因起到一个根本的作用。我生在这个世界上，我满足了我的衣食住行，我就要掌控我的生老病死，不光有一个健康幸福的生活，更应该利用这一段时间为人类社会的发展、为未来留下一点什么。

那些虚拟的东西，那些奢华的东西，我来“忽悠”你们，我来“传销”你们，远离它们吧。

我最恨的两个字叫养老，我都60多了，你看我要养吗？谁养谁啊！

我们要不要让中国的每一个老同志，能够老有所为、老而精彩？今天对你们讲比较遥远，如果你们的父母亲、你们的爷爷奶奶、姥姥姥爷，现在一点都不烦你们，你看到他跟你一样健康，他也可以一块儿跟你上球场，他也可以一块儿跟你高山速降，他也一块儿可以登珠峰，你想想那时候人类社会会是一个什么样子？你是不是觉得很爽？如果我们年轻的姑娘们，这个皮肤叫颜值，能够长期地保持不变；我们的小伙子的肌肉力量，随便可以做50、100个俯卧撑，就像我现在随便做，你们估计没几个人做得过我。

上个礼拜我还见了一位91岁的老人，就是巴菲特的那个合作伙伴，在四万人的的运动场里面，6个小时没动回答50个问题，然后坐下来跟中国代表团又谈了半个小时，晚上吃饭的时候，又跟我们谈了两个小时，他91岁了依然在运作将近1000亿美金的一个投资公司。所以这些人都依然在做工作，在做贡献。

所谓一到“养”，那就变成社会负担了，叫作等着饭、等着睡觉、等着死。那你活在这个世界上是有什么用？人生应该怎么样来选择？生命是多么的重要。

说起来大家都知道人命关天，但是一到工作和学习上，我现在还活着，我就不管它关不关天了。我这个年龄，小时候的同班同学四十多个人，已经有十几个人离开人世间了，所以说是一个非常悲惨的事情。

我今天为什么要拼命地喊生物经济、生命经济这是一切？换句话说，我们在未来的社会发展中，能不能引领人类社会的发展？

如果我们用基因科技，把出生缺陷拉到全世界最低，也让全世界人民共享这一科学进步带来的福祉，让中国的心脑血管发病率最少，让中国的癌症发病率最少，有了这些疾病的人，能尽快地恢复过来，我们都能健康地活到一百岁。

我曾经有一个职务，是中国性艾协会副秘书长，是什么呢？性病、艾滋病协会。当时我在做艾滋病研究，那个时候中国的艾滋病检测出来的发病率，大概是一万到三万人。十几个亿的国家、大国，只有这么一点点的发病(率)，是全世界控制艾滋病最好的一个国家，大家都很自豪，说我们中国艾滋病控制得非常好。但是后来，1994年的下半年年底的时候，河南的有一个防疫站的同志，带来42份样本找到我说：“我怀疑这些人是感染上了HIV了。”我说：“有那么多吗？”他说：“你试一下吧。”

因为当时做一个检测很贵，好几百块钱，那个时候大家的工资一个月才一百来块钱，没人做得起这个，我当时做这个研究的，我做了一下。42份中间有37份阳性，换句话说，他怀疑的那42个人中间，37个已经感染上了艾滋病。我就把那个结果拍下来，有一次艾滋病的学术讨论会，我就在会上讲了这个数据。讲着讲着，那个幻灯机停电了，为什么停电了呢？不让我讲，说我没有资格来讲这个数据。后来我也就没讲了，我也就没再说这个事情了。一两年以后，艾滋病在中国变成一个爆发性的发展，到了1995、1996年，(对)国家变成一个非常重要的事情。好多年以后，我想起这个事情来就是我心中之痛。如果那个时候，有这么一个平台，大声地去讲这个事情，我们国家的艾滋病可能就一直在几万人、十万人以内了，不像后来迅速()地发展到好几十万。国家每年要花几十个亿，来做艾滋病的防治工作。而那个时候，如果我作为一个这样的工作者，讲真话、讲实话，大声地讲，高声地呼吁，可能我们国家的艾滋病防治，还是在世界上的最前列，艾滋病的发病率要低得多得多。

但马云做到了，他召集了几名精英，与他们合作互助。在创业起步的那段时期，吃饭睡觉都变得无关紧要。他们只有一个目标：就是壮大公司。各司其职，团队合作，同甘共苦，就是这样一点点坚持、努力，机遇成功终于降临。在这中间，挫折困难都不必说。

recently, i have seen an impressive film –precious, which tells the growing experiences about a pretty fat black girl, precious jones, a girl living in the harlem.

the film reveals the poor and miserable life in the harlem, but at the same time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude to face it, no matter how difficult it is.

precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally. what’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother.

worst of all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before the age of seventeen. owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leave school and is introduced to alternative school.

after waging many struggles and overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help of her teacher and classmates.

in the film, precious insists on keeping her children all the time though she gets involved in trouble.

she has a firm belief that she can get rid of the past life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. her insistence tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution to achieve dream.

in life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit of setback. as far as i am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive and optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep and pursue our dreams.

my tea is gone cold i’m wondering why i got out of bad at all. the morning rain clouds up my window and i can’t see at all.

and even if i could it’ll all be gray, but your picture on my wall, it remains me that is not so bad.

i’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affected by weather or surrounding environments.this kind of people is every emotional, they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.

i think of a few solutions to this problem.

first of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging.

just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.

second, think in a positive way. many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think.

it is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse.

we should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。

in a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. then life will be better.
