I received a devastating blow to my self-confidence in the first interview of my college years. I applied to be a host in our Student Acting Troupe and felt confident that I would be accepted. But one of the panel members told me: "You seem inadequate and you are a little vertically-challenged." My life has never been the same since. I used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. But no matter how hard I tried to look the part, there was still something missing.

As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.

Yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. Cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures.

A world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. The real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly, but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl.

Given a choice, I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. I'd rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. I would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. Please, be yourself.

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.

Today I would like to begin with a story.

There was once a physical therapist(临床医学家) who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census(调查) about mountain gorillas(大猩猩). These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching(偷猎) and being put into the zoo. She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled(拥抱) their babies.

Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs. Dian Fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in Rwanda to protect the eco-environment there until the very end of her life.

To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless(永恒的) reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.

Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges is devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.

All these appalling(令人震惊的) facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been eroding(侵蚀) our resources. Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our eco-environment.

Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations an: receiving donations--big notes, small notes or even coins--from housewives, plumbers(水管工人), ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids(残疾人), Some of them can not afford to send the money but they do. These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. Why? Because they care, because they still want their Mother Nature back. Because they know it still belongs to them.

This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it, it's all coming from a scene to remember, a scene to recall and to cherish.

The other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some- thing else, someplace else. a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been except the deer.

And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.

Once again, I have come to think of Mrs. Dian Fossey be- cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our eco-environment that we are taking our next step into the world.

And no matter who we are what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it. Thank you very much.

So many people underestimate the power and importance of a smile， that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners of the mouth.

A smile has many meanings: pleasure， friendliness， welcome， amusement， and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation.

Plus a smile， with all its simplcity and beauty， can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:

You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile， even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand， sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever， but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip， even if you do， because he was grumpy.

More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.

Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand， the friendly pizza delivery boy， the welcoming supermarket vendor， the nice cashier at the bank， …etc.

It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back， and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view， if we break it down using business sense， a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty.

On top of all that， a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do， so it amazes why no one bothers to do it， it not only makes the person in front of you better， but it also makes you feel better as well， and I’m not making this up， it has been psychologically proven.

Personally， I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country， in companies， government agencies， restaurants， hotels， banks， everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this， and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports， hospitals， hotels…etc.

Let’s all simply smile.

第一，协助站长加强内部凝聚力，打造和谐团队。

在实际工作中，我将切实履行岗位职责，协助站长加强内部管理，制定科学的内部约束机制，使站内的工作更具科学性和规范性。当然，还有注意管理的艺术性，注重管理科学性与艺术性的有机结合，平时关心员工生活，象经营家庭一样经营团队，打造和谐、向上、健康、奋进的推广团队。

第二，建立科学的乡土专家培训机制。

对于乡土专家的培训，我们在以前实验过每次都能取得良好的效果，但是，现在的培训机制还没有系统化，培训工作只停留在很原始的水平上。为此，我将现有的乡土专家培训工作制度化，科学化，开展定期培训活动，并扩大培训规模和力度，将培训工作深入人心。

第三，积极组织专家深入田间地头现场指导。

要把科技推广工作放在重中之重的位置上，积极组织特聘专家和局内技术人员到田间地头，在各种果树生产的关键时期举办各种培训活动，促进林果管理水平的提升，带动果农增收致富。同时，继续发挥林业科技服务热线和“北京市园林绿化科技推广网”的作用，使农民们感觉专家就在身边。

第四，根据我区实际，加大示范区建设力度。

通过以往示范区建设经验，示范区对当地经济的带动作用是不可估量的，是地区经济迅速腾飞的有效途径。如果竞聘成功，我将对辖区进行新一轮的考察，切实了解我区的实际情况，在有条件的地方建立示范区，并通过采取定期和不定期地实地检查指导、电话交流、组织学习、召开专题会议等方式，有力地促进了各示范区建设工作地稳步运行。

第五，结合“三农”服务，创新推广手段。

科研成果与企业的完美对接，不但可以产生可观的经济效益，也能有力促进产品的推广和应用。我们要完善内部组合机制，坚持以科研成果为依托，以市场需求为导向的成果转化形式，充分利用首都科研院所众多的优势，加强与各大高校和科研单位的沟通和联系，发现更多的优秀的符合实际需求的科研成果。

最后，我将加强学习，不断提升综合素质。

作为一名林业科技人员，我将不断加强自身林业专业知识的学习，并戒骄戒躁，向老同志学习经验，以群众为师，提高自身文化素养，以丰富的知识、高超的才干、卓有成效的方法和管理艺术来开展工作，并营造一个和谐团结的学习型工作氛围，不断学习提高综合素质，适应未来需要。

我的演讲分为三个部分：

第一部分、认识我

在座的有认识和不认识的，但从此刻我们就相识了，我是xx，取自马踏飞燕，xx年6月毕业于武汉铁路职业技术学院，7月带着对未来的美好憧憬来到淮北小湖孜这个地方，工作至今已有五年零七个月又十天。

回想一路走来，从最初理想与现实形成的心理落差，到现在的乐观从容；从懵懵懂懂的学生，到成熟自信的职工。经历了一个从不会到会，从幼稚到成熟的成长过程。

学习是前进的方向，在这期间，我报读了专升本，于xx年7月取得西南交大交通运输专业的本科文凭，三年的大专、两年的专升本使我掌握了专业技能，五年多的工作使我收获了为人处事的宝贵经验。

这期间离不开同事朋友的支持，更离不开师傅的帮助和领导的指导，借这个机会，对所有曾经帮助过我的人说声谢谢，成长路上感谢一路有你们。

第二部分、竞聘优势

有人说，从事一项工作的原动力是热情和虚心，但我觉得拥有这些还不够，更需要务实的态度和强烈的责任感，通过剖析自己，我认为竞选的优势有3点：

1、工作经验。

从xx年10月进入中心站机关，已经4年零五个月，宣传、女工、计生三个不同岗位工作的基础让我对全站的情况比较了解，尤其是青工这一块，我每年都参与了青工思想动态调研报告的撰写，对团员青年的情况非常熟悉。

这四年多的工作经验还包括在领导、班组长、同事身上学到的工作方法、为人处事的道理，都让我受益匪浅，已成为一笔终身受用的财富。

2、我信奉诚实勤力的为人处事宗旨，善于将心比心，能够换位思考，与人团结共处。

这在工作中的优势就是能听得进不同的意见建议，受得住批评，能站在对方的角度考虑问题，从而顺利的解决问题。

3、我是团员青年中的一员，了解团员青年的需求、想法。

第三部分、主要思路与工作设想

干好工作首先要了解工作，我们面对的是谁，我们要干什么，干好什么？

1、对团员青年、团内工作的分析。

诗人杨牧曾用诗这样概括青年：我爱，我想，但不嫉妒；我哭，我笑，但不抱怨；我羞，我愧，但不悲叹；我怒，我恨，但不自弃。我要对着蓝天说：我是青年！

从青年的特点看，我们充满活力和激情，易于接受新事物新观念，但同时也具有相当程度的逆反心理，缺乏理性和全面客观的思维方法，这就要求在做团内工作时要注意方式方法，开展活动要根据青年的特点个性。

对中心站来说尤其如此，目前中心站有260名职工，其中35岁以下青工174人，28岁以下团员90人，随着内外经济形势的严峻，青工的工作心态也发生了明显变化。从最近的思想动态调研中可以发现，我们青工对企业的发展信心不足，对收入的减少产生忧虑，有不稳定的倾向，这一点我和大家一样深有体会。

2、如果当选，我将怎么做？

一是做好一个团员该做的事情。

记得有一个前辈跟我这么说过：你不是团员时要让别人认为你是团员；你是团员时要让别人以为你是优秀团员。要始终记住团支部书记也是一个普通团员，不能脱离职工、高高在上，要听得进大家的意见，尤其要发挥好党支部、团组织与青年团员的纽带与桥梁作用，通过团组织的工作面，更好的把集团公司、处、中心站的政策辐射到各班组、各车站、各团员青年中，让团员青年得到实惠。

二是吸引团员青年。

团员青年是矿区铁路发展的生力军，对安全生产起到重要的作用。企业发展，青年先行。我们下一步将团组织工作定位放在让青年职工有作为、有地位上，有作为就是鼓励青工通过开展学业务、学技术、比才干的活动，在工作中展风采；有地位就是通过团员推优平台，实现优秀青工向党员、向班组长更高位置发展。

三是凝聚团员青年。

怎么凝聚，首先体现在从工作生活上关心青工，面对青工思想心态的复杂多变，客观上要求我们在工作中应更加细致、更加人性化。根据我站青年多、外地青年职工多的实际，建立青年之家，用温暖和关爱吸引青工，满足青工在社交、娱乐和求知等方面的需要，在青工关心的进修、学习、购房、婚恋等方面及时提供帮助，从而凝聚青工形成合力。

我是xx年参加工作的，担任办公室干事、副主任，综治办主任，驻村工作组组长、办公室主任等，我的工作得到了的许多领导和同志们亲切关怀和悉心的帮助，我不敢辜负领导们的殷切期望，勤勤恳恳，不断进取，在思想上和工作能力上都有了不少的进步，因此我今天充满信心走上这竞聘讲台。

我觉得，我竞聘副乡镇长有如下几个优势和条件：

（一）我有较丰富的农村工作经验。

我从小就生长在农村，毕业后又回到乡镇工作，几年来一直担任驻村工作组组长，对农村工作的政策法规、民情风俗等十分熟悉，能够处理农村工作中出现的方方面面的事务。

（二）有较强的组织协调能力。

不论在办公室还是在驻村工作中都能抓重点、抓关键；独档一面、率先垂范、团结他人和鼓动带领他人一道灵活地应对各种复杂情况；在工作中能有自己的方式、方法完成好领导交办的和自己部门的各项工作。

（三）有较强的公仆意识和自律能力。

我的祖祖辈辈都是农民，自己长期生活在农村，能亲身体会到农民的疾苦，同时在开展三个代表和两个务必的学习教育中，使自己更加深刻认识到生于忧患，死于安乐，以及自身的差距和现实状态，增强了忧患意识、自律意识和公仆意识，保持谦虚、谨慎、不骄不躁和艰苦奋斗的作风，进一步提高立党为公、执政为民、艰苦奋斗、开拓创新的自觉性。

以上所述情况，是我竞聘副乡镇长的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我很快熟悉工作，并进入副乡镇长的角色。

上面千条线，下面一根针，在农村，千条万条的政策，最后都得落实到村、到户，如何把来自各个部门的线，与基层这一根针和谐地串联起来，编织出一个和谐的社会？

解决这一问题的切入点在哪？我深知，作为农村工作必须全力以赴，理清思路，找准抓手，把这上千条线有机地结合在一起，综合地解决农村、农业和农民问题，如果我有幸担任副乡镇长职务，将扎实做好以下三个方面工作：

1、在工作重点方面，我将重点做好以下四项工作：

⑴优化农业产业结构，增加农民收入。

稳定发展粮食生产；大力发展特色种植业；充分挖掘山水田的潜力，做好山水田这三篇的文章；巩固壮大饲养业；大力发展劳务业。

⑵大力实施项目带动战略，加快招商引资和个私经济发展。

坚决贯彻县委、县政府三个一项目和打造三个平台与推进五个对接工作机制，借助京福高速公路、206省道和我镇已有资源优势，把企业做强做大。

⑶抓住重点，攻破难点，切实增进计生工作水平，突出抓好五个方面：一是抓好计生欠账清理工作，以高压的态势对所包村一男再生、非婚生育及欠缴社会抚养费对象进行全面整治；二要进一步落实三结合帮扶工作，创造一个计生工作良好环境；三要充分发挥定点分娩工作的作，加强孕情跟踪，落实定点分娩制度；四要加强计生协会建设，切实提高计生村自治管理水平；五要加强包村计划生育干部队伍思想作风建设。

一是每个干部要认真学习计划生育业务及各种政策法规知识，努力提高自身的理论水平和业务水平；二是进一步落实好岗位职责，建立竞争、长效工作机制，提高工作效率，做到人人职责落实、个个工作到位，同时大力倡导求真务实、刻苦敬业的良好作风，使全乡的计划生育工作再上新的台阶。

⑷拓宽财源，加强管理。

以发展经济为重点，不断增强乡财政实力。

立足优势抓项目，发展一批龙头企业项目、个体民营经济和第三产业建设，以此推进经济上台阶，从根本上带动农村经济发展，壮大支柱性财源，结合机构改革为契机，大力压缩财政支出。

2、在跟进措施方面，我将重点工作制定出完整细致、操作性强的工作方案，把任务分解细化，落实到相关部门和相关岗位，把责任落实到每个人。

在创新理念方面，我将牢固树立和实践招商引资、结构调整、经营资源、产业互动、以人为本五大理念，紧紧抓住发展第一要务，主动接受海峡西岸经济区的辐射，树立科学、全面、协调、可持续的发展观，不断提高执政能力。

3、在勤奋务实方面，我要更加刻苦学习，牢固树立马克思主义的世界观、人生观和价值观，提高理论水平，力求看得深一些、远一些；政治上要更坚定，具有强烈的政治意识，时刻保持清醒的政治头脑，善于从政治上观察和处理问题；工作上要更勤奋，要爱岗敬业、勤奋务实、埋头苦干、无私奉献；作风上要更扎实，要实事求是，联系群众，大力弘扬求真务实精神，大兴求真务实之风，切实把求真务实精神体现到农村的各项工作中去；党风上要更廉洁，要艰苦奋斗、廉洁自律、拒腐防变、牢记服务宗旨，铭记两个务必，树立正确的权力观、地位观、利益观，耐得住清贫，抗得住诱惑，经得起考验，时刻保持清醒头脑；品德上要更高尚，要以求真务实的科学精神，牢固树立大局意识，一切以大局为重，以光泽的发展为重，局部利益服从整体利益，个人利益服从集体利益，少数人的利益服从多数人的利益。

一是政治思想觉悟不断提高。经过组织多年的培养和自己的不懈努力，我在思想上、政治上不断成熟。能认真贯彻执行矿领导的决策，服从领导安排，有较强的事业心和责任感，勤勉尽职，品行端正。在大是大非面前，能够头脑清楚，立场坚定，正确把握自己。热爱工作，勇于吃苦，无私奉献，能正确处理得与失、公与私的关系。

3、对竞聘岗位的认识

我在煤矿工作经历时间并不长，还有很多方面需要积累经验和提高业务水平。作为矿建工程部，单从公司对这一部门的命名上就能够看出，这一部门直接关系整个公司建设项目质量的关键效果，负责全部质量监督与建设安全有关的工作，结合以往工作的每一方面的工作内容，更能看出这一点，各种措施资料审批整理、送审、批复，各种施工材料设备的采购招标选用；工程款的审定；工程预结算的审查等等。做一个优秀的矿建工程部门的中层领导者，必须竭尽自己全部的智慧与才华、技术研究，更应具备强烈的责任心与敬业精神。它对公司领导负责，要把领导对于每个项目的总体构想、总体规划逐项落实到实处，不得有半点偏差和质量问题，要把建设中的各种信息与质量进度及时汇报给领导；它对相关部门，要把工程量进展的有关信息及时传达、贯彻、实施，把相关工作进展情况横向沟通；对外界项目部合作伙伴，要力求以高标准高质量，取得最优的工程质量成果。通过这几年的工作阅历和采掘一线实战经验，我懂得了这样一个道理，做什么样的工作和有什么样的头衔并不重要，重要的是尽自己的努力去做好它，完成它，能够做好每一项具体的工作才是成功的铺垫。

4、工作思路

如果我有幸能竞聘成功，我将有以下四点打算：一是当好配角。找准坐标，摆正位置，分清职责，掌握分寸，做到工作到位而不越位，求实而不死板，积极向领导提建议，主动搞好配合，增强整体合力。同时也决不置身事外，遇有棘手的问题，不上推下卸，勇于承担责任，解决矛盾和问题。要“身为兵位，胸为帅谋”，紧紧围绕我们的中心

工作，抓住各个时期的工作重点，钻到领导心里去，走到同事们前面去，善于胸怀大局，立足当前，着眼未来，全方面、多角度地思考，力求把问题考虑得早一点、广一点、远一点、深一点，力求做到领导未谋有所谋，领导未闻有所知，领导未示有所行，为领导、全体同事们提供优质及时的服务，竭力当好领导的参谋和助手，抓好矿建工程的质量和安全，为以后的生产和发展做好坚实的基础。

二是做好工作。在工作中要时刻把自己摆在一个员工的角度上，脚踏实地，甘于奉献，始终树立“抓好矿建工程质量安全” 的思想，对细微小事不马虎，从点滴做起，高标准、严格要求地抓好工程质量进度每一步，力求实现工作的“高标准、高质量、精细化”，通过抓好矿井质量和掘进进度的每一关，完成矿建工程质量安全工作的大事。保持一种以奉献为荣，以建功为乐的思想境界，把自己的工作看作是一个机遇、一种光荣、一份责任、一项使命，踏踏实实做事。把心思花在谋事上，把精力用在干事上，真正做到想干事，能办大事，会办难事，敢办新事。在勇挑重担中练就过硬业务本领，在艰苦磨练中更快成长。

三是抓好学习。学习力就是竞争力，只有加强学习，才能紧跟上时代的脉搏，才能更好地做好本职工作，完成矿建质量工作任务。我一定会积累知识，关注现实和收集相关资料，提高学习的主动性和自觉性，把学习的过程作为自我解剖、自我反思、自我提高的过程。通过主动学习，将书本知识应用到具体工作中，促进工作进展。主动向实践学习，在具体工作实践中，善于总结归纳工作中遇到的难题，不

My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten monthly stories told by his teacher during the class. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

英语学科核心素养是学生在接受相应学段英语课程教育的过程中，逐步形成和提升的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力，综合表现为四大素养，由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力组成。就其关系而言，语言能力是基础要素，文化品格是价值取向，思维品质是心智表征，学习能力是发展条件。英语学科核心素养涵盖了知识、能力和态度，四大核心素养相互渗透，融合互动，协调发展，是所有学生应具有的、学以致用的基础性综合素养。

具体而言，学习理解类活动主要指基于语篇的学习活动。以解决问题为目的，鼓励学生从语篇中获得新知，通过梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息间的关联，形成新的知识结构，感知并理解语言所表达的意义和语篇所承载的文化价值取向。迁移创新类活动主要指超越语篇的学习活动。通过自主、合作、探究的学习方式，综合运用语言技能，进行多元思维，创造性地解决陌生情境中的问题。英语学习活动的设计应注意.情境创设要尽量真实，注意与学生已有的知识和经验建立紧密联系，力求直接、简洁、有效。教师要善于利用多种工具和手段，思维导图或信息结构图，引导学生通过自主与合作相结合的方式，完成对信息的获取与梳理、概括与整合、内化与运用，教会学生在零散的信息和新旧知识之间建立关联，归纳和提炼基于主题的新知识结构。

As we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water,and it is water made every thing on the earth lively．Water is also one of the important part of our environment．Though,is there really so much water for us to clean,to produce many things,to play with？how much water are there on the earth then？

Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater,imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world,then there is only a spoon of it on the land,and the water we can use is only a drop of it．Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before,it has been polluted severely by our human beings．

There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂．It is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty! And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river．Who is the devil？I can＇t help asking．

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty

water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can＇t clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.

Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.

四、掌握正确的记忆方法。英语是一门记忆很强的学科，要大量积累词汇。很多同学最烦记单词，总是抱怨记不住，以致于丧失了信心。这是因为你没有了解到记忆的规律，没有掌握记单词的技巧。现在我给大家介绍几种方法。

1、从听力训练开始，在听力方面，一是听课文录音带，去感知模仿形成正确的语音、语调，二是听英语广播、电视节目及原声电影等，三是认真对待我们平时的听力训练，要沉着、冷静、细心，抓关键词，瞄准下一个句子和题目。

2、朗读、背诵是培养语感的捷径。主要是多读课文及听力教材，要将一个单词读准，一个句子读顺，一篇文章读烂，平时朝读时要最大声、最快速、最清晰地读。通过诵读，同学们可对文章的语意、语法、语气、语调、节奏、重音了然于心。

3、要进行广泛阅读。阅读是吸收语言材料的最好途径，实践证明，学生阅读面越宽，语言实践越大，阅读理解能力便越强。只有通过读，才能够获得最大的实践量，才能享受到学习外语的真正甜头和学习的乐趣。阅读的数量多了，一些常用词汇、句式结构自然在脑子中形成了印象，也就逐渐形成了语感。现在我们每天至少应阅读一两篇文章。

4、多积累多写作是培养语感的必经之路。在平时写日记、周记，考试时尽量使用通过积累的高级词汇和句型，这样才能有效地提高写作水平。

Reading is very important in our life. We can get knowledge through reading. It can not only open our minds but also make us more intelligent. Besides, reading is also one of the most important ways to learn a foreign language like English.

Textbooks, newspapers, magazines and other kinds of reading materials can help us know more about the outside world and help us grow into an excellent person.

I’m planning to read at least 5 books in the coming holiday. And I’ll spend more time reading every day in my senior high school life. Reading makes a full man! Let’s start reading now.

The content in the books contains the knowledge all over the world and every aspect. We can read the knowledge about biography, science, technology, culture, economic and so on from the book. It is hard not to broaden vision from reading.

I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.

I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

The study also investigated the relationships between BMI and cognitive function in 2,223 healthy men and women between the ages of 32 and 62 in France through the use of four cognitive tests.

The study found a higher BMI was associated with lower cognitive test scores. Results from a test involving word memory recall show people with a BMI of 20 remembered an average of nine out of 16 words, while people with a BMI of 30 remembered an average of seven out of 16 words.

And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.

A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles!
